Plain answers
- Can I buy Plus today?
- Not yet. Checkout is not open, so nothing can be bought and nothing is charged. While it is closed, everyone gets the Plus limits free.
- What happens when checkout opens?
- The prices stay exactly as shown: $1.95 a month, $19.50 a year (ten months’ price for twelve), or $1.00 for one long page. The free plan stays free. Payments will go through PayPal; Countertalk never sees card numbers.
- Does the monthly plan renew?
- Yes, monthly or yearly until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time; the time you paid for stays open. The $1.00 long page is a one-off: it never renews.
- What happens to my Notebook if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep reading every saved version; you just cannot add past the Free limits until you remove some.
- How long is a Notebook kept?
- Until you delete it, or 365 days after it was last opened.
