What you get

Countertalk reads text with written rules and reports what they find. The findings are suggestions about wording. They are not legal, marketing or accessibility advice, and a score does not promise more visitors, sales or search rankings. Some checks (passive voice, first-screen answers) are pattern matches and will sometimes be wrong; the report says which.

Your text

Only check text you have the right to use, such as your own site’s words. You keep every right to your text. We use it only to show you your report and your Notebook.

Fair use

Each plan has daily limits (shown on the pricing page). Do not use Countertalk to fetch pages in bulk, to probe other people’s systems, or to store anything that is not website copy.

Prices

During the preview nothing can be bought and nothing is charged. When checkout opens, the prices on the pricing page apply; plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel, and the one long page never renews.

Changes and availability

We run Countertalk with care but cannot promise it is always available. Notebooks can be lost if something goes badly wrong, so keep your own copy of anything important. If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
